Raw Honey

We harvest our honey by extracting the honey from the honeycomb using a centrifuge and then straining the honey to remove large chunks of wax, this is Raw Honey, honey as it exists in the hive. We do not filter it and therefore we don’t remove any pollen or trace elements and we don’t heat or pasteurize it.

 

Many people claim all kinds of benefits from eating Raw Honey. That might be true but for us it is about sharing something that is as close as possible to eating honey from the hive as it gets on a commercial basis.
